Purchasing. New vehicle Came in to look at a new Cadillac xt5 . Was greeted by John Yaluner. He was very polite, friendly and engaging. He listened to all my needs and went to look for the vehicle the best suited what I was looking for I was also introduced to the branch manager Chris Quinton and he was also very helpful Both these gentlemen were extremely helpful and patient and find it when I was looking for.I would definitely send anybody looking for a vehicle to see John as he was most accommodating to my needs More

They could be 5 stars with a few minor changes Pros: Friendly staff, loaner vehicle (when new truck was not ready), fair pricing, Cons: No post purchase follow-up on your new vehicle purchase. P Pros: Friendly staff, loaner vehicle (when new truck was not ready), fair pricing, Cons: No post purchase follow-up on your new vehicle purchase. Pressure to purchase overpriced add-ons for your new vehicle. I purchased a premium protection package that included undercoating but needed to buy my own container of undercoating and brush to finish the job as many spots were missed including the rear wheel wells which are the most critical area in my opinion. More
