After looking online to find a used 2012 Ford Fusion, I had around 5 cars I was going to be looking at. This dealership was my first stop, and ended up being the only one I visited. I called the morning of my visit to confirm that the car was there and available. When I arrived the car was pulled up front and ready for a test drive. Evelyn was a great sales associate and assisted with answering any questions I had. She also gave me and my family plenty of time to discuss things together in private. She also found a car in the online system that I had not come across. It had everything that I was looking for and we made a deal. Derrick and Frances were also great throughout this process and were very approachable and personable. The only issue I had was that it was a very long day. I understand that these processes take time; however, we needed to leave around 5 pm and were told that we would be finished by then. Around 2:30 pm we had made our deal and began the paperwork while waiting on the financial associate to meet with us. We finally left the dealership at 6 pm. Otherwise, this was a great experience and I do feel that we got a good deal. More

He explained the cost estimates thoroughly, and seemed to genuinely care about our car buying experience. He made it clear that customer satisfaction is his top priority. Both he and Evelyn Betancourt took time to explain the various features of the Focus we weren't familiar with, including SYNC. Before we drove off the lot, my phone address book was loaded, and my phone was paired. We felt like we got a great deal, and appreciated the professionalism and friendliness of everyone at the dealership. We will definitely be repeat customers. More
