The one complaint I have is that a scratch repair was not up to par. Back to salesman Hoover, he was a pleasure to talk with. He made the negotiating painless compared to some past experiences.His easy going and personable manner made dealing with him a pleasure whether in car buying or otherwise. Thankful that he did not present a hard-nosed, not give an inch sales persona which would have been a deal breaker from the start. His high character and integrity came shining through. The salesman David Hoover was wonderful. He was very informative and genuine. He was a great person to talk to and get to know and come to find out that he knew my father and my uncles. Their very helpful and patient. When I had some kind of reserve when it came to a car they made sure to help get it to my liking. Dealing with Randy and Nick was an awesome experience. Both men were very pleasant and answered any questions that we felt needed to be asked. That being said, when we went to see Evan about financing, th Both men were very pleasant and answered any questions that we felt needed to be asked. That being said, when we went to see Evan about financing, things went into an extremely downward spiral. Even with very good credit scores, we were first presented with an almost 11% interest rate. After several attempts to reach a clear understanding of the interest rate we needed, we left in frustration with the idea of him checking for a lower rate overnight. He insulted my wife's intelligence and understanding of finances. He did finally find a lower rate (surprise!) and we purchased the vehicle. I really feel that he had an issue with her because they had already had a poor interaction when we helped our daughter buy her van 3 yrs ago. Personally the only reason I gave him 1 star was because there's nothing to check for being lower than that. Evidently he has already hit rock bottom and has begun to dig. Even though I will have my vehicle serviced there, I will never, ever buy a vehicle from there again. Nor will I ever refer anyone. Not as long as the I know there's a possibility of having to deal with him again More
