Cadillac Servicing I brought my Cadillac in for service and I thought the dealership was very professional I how they handled the job. Misleading When I leased my new Buick I was of the understanding that service was included in the lease payment, like Honda provided in the leases that I had wit When I leased my new Buick I was of the understanding that service was included in the lease payment, like Honda provided in the leases that I had with them for the past 12 years! However that’s not the case with Ettleson Buick. I have to pay for oil changes and other services!!! I’m not a happy customer!!! More

Too much one-sided information Sched an oil change & follow up on an AC recharge for my 2013 Enclave. Took 2.5 hours. They rotated my tires w.o. asking (I had them done 2 mos. prior Sched an oil change & follow up on an AC recharge for my 2013 Enclave. Took 2.5 hours. They rotated my tires w.o. asking (I had them done 2 mos. prior). Said I needed new rear evaporator & blower motor (due to size of new replacement evap) $1450+ Recommended brake job $800+ Total estimate almost $2400. As lot to process and review as a result of an oil change appointment. I'll have to rely strictly on my neighborhood mechanic from now on. More

Best car experience ever My salesman Keith was wonderful. I meet the used car manager Tony N. Who went above and beyond my expectation of any car salesman’s I ever meet. They were not pushy or aggressive and told me our products do the talking for us. I’m proud to say the Ettleson has a customer for life. I even meet the GM Frank A who personal came over and introduced himself and told any problems compalnts ot questions to call him direct anytim of the day.
