Recently purchased a brand new truck from Hendrick Chevrolet and had a terrible buying experience. Truck came with floor mats, but it’s a week and a half later and still do not have them. Mats were specifically listed on the purchasing sticker. LoJack was put on the truck, but listed under the finance manager’s first name and my last name. I’m wondering what else will pop up in the next couple weeks. Will most likely not be purchasing from this dealership again. More
