Great experience but please give your employees a break with the pressure of performing and monitoring the quality. I could tell they are doing the best they can and are good at their jobs and very friend with the pressure of performing and monitoring the quality. I could tell they are doing the best they can and are good at their jobs and very friendly but the extra pressure is very stressful and unnecessary. Trust your employees and stop micromanaging. More
