We had a wonderful experience at Honda of Fort Worth. Malik was awesome to work with! Communication was great, and he made it easy for us to complete our purchase all online and over the phone. We had originally shopped for a pilot at a different Honda location. The Fort Worth location was pretty far from our home so Malik and his sales department met us half way and got us the car we were looking for. The professionalism and customer service that Malik provided makes us want to purchase our next car at the Honda of Fort Worth location. More

Found an auto on Honda of Ft. Worth's website and came to see it in person. Rashaad greeted me with a friendly smile, I let him know up front I was there to look only, not to purchase a vehicle. Rashaad remained professional and helpful... not a high pressure sales person, which I sincerely appreciated. With that said 72 hours later, I'm driving the vehicle I "just came to look at". Rashaad, Ben in Finance and everyone at Fort Worth Honda was great to work with and made the entire process painless. Truly a great group of people at Honda of Fort Worth. More

Online pricing was great. No trickery when I visited the dealership. She showed me the full print out of what was included in the "out the door" price. We went through one round of negotiations and then shook on it. Finance offered me some products but never once pressured me to take them. They even got me better financing than what I walked in with. If this is car-buying, sign me up. I will song your praises day after day! Thank you! More
