Over the top experience!!! My wife and I were looking to purchase a dependable vehicle. After searching many websites we found Kia Country. Erwin is the best!!! This is my second car that I have purchased from Kia Country of Savannah. Both times I have been very pleased with the service of everyone involved. This is my second car that I have purchased from Kia Country of Savannah. Both times I have been very pleased with the service of everyone involved. Today I had the pleasure of working with Erwin. He is so kind, smart, engaging, funny, and he even laughed at my jokes! He was up front about everything and showed me all that I wanted to see. He was very knowledgeable about my car even though it was the first Kia Niro he had ever sold. Impressive!!! He helped me set up all of the features in my car and gave me his phone number and said I can contact him with any issues. Erwin truly is one of a kind and is highly recommended! We also worked with Sam Washington Jr and he was just as amazing. He was very smart and knowledgeable and when signing my paperwork he made sure that I was comfortable and understood it all. He made sure all of the paperwork was accurate and came back to me several times to make sure we had it all right! Sam is also very good at what he does and it highly recommended! More
