I had to pleasure of working with Tommy Walter while purchasing my 2020 Taycan. As a first time Porsche owner, my experience was exceptional. Everyone from the receptionist to the mangers were friendly, purchasing my 2020 Taycan. As a first time Porsche owner, my experience was exceptional. Everyone from the receptionist to the mangers were friendly, informative and professional. Tommy was particularly knowledgeable, courteous and transparent throughout the entire process. He provided detailed explanations and answered all questions I raised. He kept me informed on my vehicles progress from Germany till arrival in the states. What really drew me to this particular car was the unique color of Amethyst, which is also my birthstone and I just kept comparing the other cars I was considering to this one.
