Ernie was a pleasure to work with! I have been purchasing vehicles for over 30 years and can honestly say that he ranks as my number one sales associate! I had been doing research for I have been purchasing vehicles for over 30 years and can honestly say that he ranks as my number one sales associate! I had been doing research for two months trying to navigate this crazy market. I have a history of getting great deals but at the same time being very elusive and hard to please. Ernie changed me! I purchased a pre-owned 2017 CRV 3 weeks ago. Ernest Lovelace was my salesman and I highly recommend him. He found a car with the exact specifics I was looking for at another Honda dealership and brough Lovelace was my salesman and I highly recommend him. He found a car with the exact specifics I was looking for at another Honda dealership and brought it to Bel Air. He was never pushy but was very attentive, professional, and kind. Even after the sale, he followed up consistently. As luck would have it, my CRV had an “all warning lights on” electrical problem twice in the last three weeks and had to go into the shop both times. Ernest kept in touch and made sure I was taken care of. A shout out to Mr Dowdy in the finance department. He was very pleasant and helpful. Manager Max got involved during negotiations. Although he drove a hard bargain, in the end he made a small concession which meant a lot to me. Hopefully, the electrical problem doesn’t reoccur. All in all, at this point in time, I would recommend Heritage Honda in Bel Air and especially Ernest Lovelace. More
