I experienced a flat tire on a Sunday morning and called the Service Department to make an appointment. I was told I could bring my Accord in at anytime without an appointment. On Sunday afternoon I came the Service Department to make an appointment. I was told I could bring my Accord in at anytime without an appointment. On Sunday afternoon I came in and was greeted by Ernest who seeing the “donut” on my car knew right away why I was there. The car was taken almost immediately while I waited in the lounge. Unfortunately, not only was the tire damaged, but the wheel was too. Ernest told me what the cost would be for a new tire and wheel. Since there was no wheel in stock, he told me he would order it and to come back on Tuesday. I did, and the repair took less than an hour. In my book, this is a top notch Service Department. More
