Lexus of Rockford is one of the most professional Dealerships in Northern Illinois. They don't try to confuse you with numbers ($) and are straight forward and by the way, no stress. Reached out to Anderson Toyota when I saw a truck listed with them that was exactly what I was looking for. Emailed them and got a quick response from Erin who helped me put a deposit on the truck. Upon arrival, Ryan met us half way to seeing the truck and made us feel very welcomed. The truck was great, but what made this experience so much better was how well Ryan took care of my family while I was completing paperwork with Ben. Ben was straight forward with everything and didn't pressure me into anything extra. I'd absolutely work with Ryan and Ben and you should too. They have absolutely earned my business and taken it away from my local Toyota dealership. Anderson cares for the people who walk through their door and do not treat you as just another person. More
