Great experience. Great cusomer service Buying a car is a grueling task. The last car that I bought was 10 years ago. That experience left a sour taste with pushy, piranha like salespeople n Buying a car is a grueling task. The last car that I bought was 10 years ago. That experience left a sour taste with pushy, piranha like salespeople nipping at my heals. This experience was anything but that. Our salesperson was Phil Han. He was pleasant, courteous and knowledgeable and definitely not pushy. Mostly, he was not anything that I experienced before. What a great experience. Next, I met with Erik Taing and set up an appointment to come back in two weeks to discuss any questions that I might have. Wow, I never heard of anything like that before. Usually, you get pushed out the door with a new set of keys and you're on your own. Then there was the financing. I met with Andrew Jones. He was pleasant and knowledgeable. He didn't rush me. He answered all of my questions explaining everything, every step of the way. Another great experience. That being done, I actually get the car. But before I can drive into the sunset, I got a review of everything in the car with Phil. Being a Senior Citizen, and not tech savvy, the technology in the car was overwhelming. Phil again was pleasant, took his time and showed me everything I needed to know. All in all, this was the best experience I ever had at a car dealership. I will definitely recommend Glanzmann to friends and family. And if I ever buy another car, it will be at Glanzmann. More

My meeting with the Concierge Erick was just another example of the excellent customer service at Glanzmann. He met with my wife and I to go over and explain all the bells and wh Erick was just another example of the excellent customer service at Glanzmann. He met with my wife and I to go over and explain all the bells and whistles on our new Ascent. Not just point them out but had us push the buttons,move the screen etc. Very hands on. He spent about an hour with us.He was extremely helpful.Thank You Erick More
