Morning This was the best car buying experience I have ever had ! Walking in the facility and talking with a lovely young woman greeting me . My first impression was terrible. I was placed with an aggressive salesman who tried to pressure me into buying a car I had never seen or driven. Despite him giving me the evil eye both times I returned to work with another salesman, I chose not to give him an individual review on here. I know car salesmen need to eat too, but he is what prevented me from giving the dealership 5 stars. The prices quoted were fair, so after visiting other dealerships it made me give them another chance. I was placed with Erick who was fantastic. Erick provided me with the information I needed to make the best decision for me. The vehicle I chose ended up having more than I expected to get in this vehicle, but the numbers worked for me, and I actually ended up saving on my insurance rates due to the safety features. I'm glad I returned to Glanzmann, but I wish my experience had only been with Erick so I could have avoided the distrust which unfortunately I'll carry with me about car salesmen. More

Excellent Customer Service I recently bought my 2nd Suburu from this dealer. I didn't even shop at another dealer closer to home because I was so happy with the service and cour I recently bought my 2nd Suburu from this dealer. I didn't even shop at another dealer closer to home because I was so happy with the service and courtesy that I always received with my last Suburu which was a 2008 with over 140,00 miles! I bought a brand new Outback and took delivery a few weeks ago. The whole experience was a pleasure both from a Sales stand point with Alex and the introduction to the features by Erick. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for great customer service and a wonderful vehicle! More
