Eric is the main reason I go to the dealership. It definitely cost more at Schumacher, but Eric's attention to detail (and your hot chocolate) are important. My service representative, Erick is someone that I can always count on to follow through with what he says. Since I live a fair distance from the dealership, if I need a part, he makes sure it will be the always count on to follow through with what he says.
