With all my concerns and questions,Eric answered them all. then took me out to look at vehicles and test drove some,but the nissan altima was the one.and if your looking for a new vehicle or used vehicle go to kelly nissan and ask for Eric,very perfessional,listens to your concerns and will do his best to help out if any problems..I want to say thank you Eric for your time and patience.Eric has called me to see how things are going with the altima plus stated if I have any questions or concerns to call him and if it goes to his voice mail he'll call u back,which he does..Eric just want to say again thank you again...Donna More

My experience was great as they took care of me every step of the way. The only thing that was poor (through no fault of the dealership) was the processing of the paperwork as I was there for 4.5 hours. step of the way. There was a major problem with the software they were using and apparently were unable to get it fixed even though they spoke to the company during the day. I would recommend Eric as a salesperson. More
