I have also been very happy with the service department personnel, their knowledge, availability along with the shuttle service. Tim and Sim from the IT department were very helpful explaining all the great features of the car. New Car Buying I simply dreaded shopping for a new car. After going to every dealer on W. Ridge Road and not being impressed at all by the salespeople or their enth I simply dreaded shopping for a new car. After going to every dealer on W. Ridge Road and not being impressed at all by the salespeople or their enthusiasm to sell me a car, I reluctantly tried one more, Bob Johnson's. What a difference. Zach La Valley was amazing. He listened. He asked questions. He made suggestions and he took the time we needed. And they were busy but he treated as if we were the only ones he had to deal with. The whole process was smooth, friendly, and most of all cost effective. I have no idea how the service will be but I am hoping it will be as good as the buying experience. Recommend Zach without hesitation. Corey of the NERDS was very helpful and explained all the bells and whistles well and encouraged me to come back if I had a question. I felt he meant it. More
