If I could give zero stars I would. My boyfriend bought me the BMW I wanted. Love the car and Tony our salesman was nice to work with. However the car I noticed right away before even My boyfriend bought me the BMW I wanted. Love the car and Tony our salesman was nice to work with. However the car I noticed right away before even leaving the lot, had a light malfunction. Ok fine, it was something that they would fix under warranty. First off they ordered the wrong light, they never called me when it came in either. My boyfriend chase them around. They dragged it out so that by the time I got in they could say it wasn’t under warranty anymore. Long story short, my car has been in the service center there at prestige in Westport TWICE for the light and both times it comes back NOT FIXED. My bulb went completely out, I got my car back w the light lens pushed in, my headlights have moisture in them, manager said he would make sure everything gets taken care of. Big lie bc I’m on my way to my car for the 3rd time and “the moisture is out but the high beams don’t work” umm what the xxxx kind of dealership does this. Never again, xxxx this place. I always heard good things about them and that’s why we went there. They are terrible and obviously do not take care of their customers. If you wanna buy from them, be prepared to file something against them More

I was told about Prestige in searching for a new car for myself. I went looking at a GMC Acadia at first and my husband and I were not super thrilled about it when we were driving it. Being a Mopar girl, Er myself. I went looking at a GMC Acadia at first and my husband and I were not super thrilled about it when we were driving it. Being a Mopar girl, Eric Neves recommended the 2019 Dodge Durango that they just received. I took it for a test drive and knew that was what I wanted. Eric and another salesman worked indigently with us through the finance process and made things super easy and less painful than what I thought it would be. I was able to purchase the Durango and Eric made the whole process very manageable. I am a very happy customer with my new car and my husband and I would highly recommend Prestige Auto for your car buying experience! More

Me and my wife dealt with Calvin in purchasing a Tesla which we did not come initially for however the vehicle we came for wasn’t available.
