Just a chill, pleasurable buying experience. Took a test drive, traded my car in, got the contracts signed, and drove off in my new ride in under three hours! We decided, since I had just sold my 3rd Mazda, lets try for a 4th. Best decision I made, I knew right away after meeting Eric, that we were in the right place. He was friendly, personable, very knowledgeable, attentive and patient. I got a great deal on a great car. And felt really good about the sale. I came here with my boyfriend to get a new Mazda. When I walked in there was already a very welcoming feeling. I had Eric Magana, who was so helpful. He took very very good care of me. I had a 2005 Cadillac SRX that I still owed a little under 7k on. I also had bad credit. My boyfriend co signed and there we were aiming to have both of our names on the lease. Eric worked hard for us and was very honest and making sure we got the price we could afford and to make sure we both had our name on the car. He reassured me a lot when I was worried of the outcome also. I absolutely recommend going to him! He won't lie like other dealers do to try to get the most money. He wants the best for his customers. I walked out today with a 2017 Mazda 3 sport! I'm a very happy customer. Smooth and great. More

Smooth process, great deal, great car! I went to HB Mazda a few weeks ago after totaling my 10-year old Saab and Eric & the team were great! At one point earlier in my shopping process, I w I went to HB Mazda a few weeks ago after totaling my 10-year old Saab and Eric & the team were great! At one point earlier in my shopping process, I was thinking about going with a CPO car, but as soon as I stepped on the lot, I knew that I'd be in good hands buying a new car with HB Mazda. I already had a pretty good idea about what I wanted and did my own research, and Eric had a great knowledge of not only the car features, but also what they had in stock. As soon as I showed up (my dad had been at the dealership earlier in the day), they were waiting for me, showed me 3 cars that fit my criteria, and took me for a test drive. Paperwork was finished in about 35 minutes, and I picked up the car 2 days later (I bought the car on a Sunday and had to get some finance stuff taken care of Monday before I could pick it up). When I came back to get the car 2 days later, it was fresh from the detailing center and Eric had everything ready for me. I dropped off my down payment check and was in-and-out in about 25 minutes! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Eric and everyone else at HB Mazda. Even though I live about an hour away in Los Angeles, I'll be back down as soon as my new Mazda3 needs service & maintenance. More
