We have bought numerous vehicles from Eric Jones and we’ve always been treated like Family. The only criticism I have this time around was for Ms. Valeri Parker (Business Manager). She did our finance paperwork. She was an absolute delight but I would suggest not taking up so much time going over extended warranty’s. Maybe for a first time buyer or a young couple this would be sufficient. Otherwise my suggestion would be give the person or couple a quick overview of their options and cost and move on. Other than that we were extremely pleased with our purchase. More

What a great place to buy a truck. This is the second truck I've purchased from Sanders Ford. The first was a 2018 F-150, the second a 2019 F-150. My second vehicle was purchased from Eric Jones, he's been there for over 20 years, even though he was off when I purchased my first truck whenever I come into the Dealership he shakes my hand and has a conversation with me. That's the reason I bought the second truck from Eric. As long as I'm buying Ford products, it will be from Sanders Ford in Swansboro, and my salesman will be Eric Jones. More

Multiple people at this dealership greeted us and pointed us in the right direction for Eric Jones . Upon meeting him , i knew he genuinely cared about us and our needs . They didn’t have the specific explorer on the lot that we wanted but he was able to locate one SC and have it for us a couple days later . They gave us fair value on trade ins and a good price overall . i would recommend this ford dealership in Swansboro to anyone interested in buying a car . More
