Amazing place to do business I have previously been buying my vehicles from a Chevy dealer in Pryor for years. Daughter and son-in-law said I should go to Jackie Cooper Nissan. I have previously been buying my vehicles from a Chevy dealer in Pryor for years. Daughter and son-in-law said I should go to Jackie Cooper Nissan. I have always dreaded going to a dealership because of all the hassles and hoops I've had to go through to purchase a vehicle. Well not at Jackie Cooper Nissan !! I was so amazed at how easy the whole process was. No third degree over why you want a particular vehicle or why you didn't want a certain feature. Everything went smooth from the moment when we walked in the door and was greeted by Eric Inman , the sales manager to all the salesmen we dealt with. Brandon Willis even delivered my new car to me since they had to get it from another lot and I even live an hour away from the dealership. Brandon answered all my questions very politely with no sense of dread in his voice or demeanor. Eric and Brandon both were super polite and helpful and so was Tony in the finance department. There was another salesman there that was new , but he too was super nice and helpful. I would highly recommend Jackie Cooper Nissan to anyone looking to buy a new car !!! The prices are very reasonable and the atmosphere is terrific as well ! Thank you , Brandon, Eric, Tony and ? for a wonderful car buying experience. More

I've purchased 2 vehicles from Eric N, my sister has purchased 3 vehicles from Eric and my mom has purchased one. We all have our vehicles serviced at the dealership and the service is outstanding. The dealership is bright, clean and neat. The waiting area is wonderful. The buying process has been smooth all the way through. Eric is superb and ensures to follow-up in the months/years to come. The service techs are thoughtful and thorough. There is no one I would trust more with my repairs than Jackie Cooper Nissan! More

Tale of 2 Car's It was the best of times and the... nah, seriously, I have purchased 2 cars from Jackie Cooper over the past 16 years. I love the Car's and the sal It was the best of times and the... nah, seriously, I have purchased 2 cars from Jackie Cooper over the past 16 years. I love the Car's and the sales people which I dealt with however, the service department has been a different story. I can't speak to the current service quality as I boycotted Jackie Cooper back in 2004 after a few years of well, shot service! I swore after buying my frontier back in 2001, then struggling for 3 years with issues I would never shop sat Cooper again., but I did. More on the service department, my truck pulled to the left from day 1 and wore the inside of both tires on the front. I struggled for years to resolve this issue, no luck. I aligned the truck up to 6 times a year with rotations each time. Still the truck wore and pulled, not to mention a popping sound when turning tight. Cooper ser I've could never recreate the sound. I recorded the sound, still nope. The truck was and is a great vehicle, and still wears tires out and pops when turning right. New shocks, new tires blah blah. The sales people I have declared with are nice and not pushy, I can't speak for them all, just the ones I delt with. But the service is a HUGE part of a purchase. I will still never use the Cooper service shop and anyone considering a new car should way this very hard!!! Very sincerely, Tale of two cars More
