Spent several hours today trying to get anyone at this dealership to answer the phone with Zero luck. I found out that they have some call center that answers all inbound calls made to the business. I mad dealership to answer the phone with Zero luck. I found out that they have some call center that answers all inbound calls made to the business. I made at least 20 separate calls in and spent dozens of minutes on hold no matter which department I asked to be transferred to; usually after 15 or 20 minutes their system would transfer me to voicemail and every time the mailbox was full! What a terrible way to run a business! Based on this experience, I will never buy a vehicle here and will recommend to all of my friends and family that they avoid this dealership at all costs. Absolutely atrocious customer service and communications experience! More

I took my 2017 Nissan Maxima for a factory recall along with an oil change & tire rotation. They did not have the parts to comply with the factory recall & it has been a month with no update. I am also mis with an oil change & tire rotation. They did not have the parts to comply with the factory recall & it has been a month with no update. I am also missing (2) lugs nuts from the right front tire. So unfortunately no one seems to pay attention to detail. I made several calls to my advisor with request to call me back to discuss the matter & still have never received a return call. Since this service department is too busy to return calls & can't seem to return my car in the same condition as I left it they have lost my business with the exception they are going to have to replace the missing lug nuts & I will have another Nissan dealership take care of the factory recall !!!!! More

They will lie to make a sale, just like every other dealership. Check the used vehicle you purchase very good. They had to resubmit my loan because they tried to sell me a truck at market value of a hi dealership. Check the used vehicle you purchase very good. They had to resubmit my loan because they tried to sell me a truck at market value of a higher end truck. And then gave me a 12m warranty that I paid for to make up the difference. Nissan Of Newnan sucks!! More
