I have been in the automotive industry since 1985. My first job was as a porter, working for my father at a local Ford dealership his love for cars and people drew me in. I currently live In Naperville with my wife and two daughters. I first fell in love with the Porsche brand when my father brought home his brand new 1985 928 S it was awesome. My favorite Porsche is the 964 911 turbo. I pride myself on customer service, it is something my father taught me a long time ago. There is nothing more important than taking care of a client.

Shiraz is a human encyclopedia when it comes to P-cars. He is nothing short of spectacular in his professionalism when it comes to dealing with clients such as myself. I'm always firing him off questions a He is nothing short of spectacular in his professionalism when it comes to dealing with clients such as myself. I'm always firing him off questions about emerging technologies among the Brand and he always seems to have an answer for me and is always ready to try and get me into the latest and greatest model. Mind you, this is not only limited to Shiraz but the entire Napleton Westmont Porsche team is extremely welcoming whether you are a past client or not which is huge in the realm of dealerships as I've had my fair share of unpleasant experiences at other dealerships purely due to the fact that I was not a previous client and the sales team was trying to judge me based off that. Safe to say I will not be doing business with those dealers in the future. If you want to have a warm and inviting experience as it relates to your next Porsche or other used car purchase, Napleton Westmont Porsche is the place to do it. If you are unsure of who to speak to, just go ahead and ask for Shiraz, he will ensure that either he himself takes care of you or that you are well taken care of by another sales team member. More

No one seems to return calls no matter how urgent. Having issues with my car they sold me (get your car inspected privately!) and can't seem to get in touch with any of the managers or GM.
