Painless Car Return We had never leased a car before and were apprehensive about the process of returning it at the end of the term. Eric Galliani removed that apprehens We had never leased a car before and were apprehensive about the process of returning it at the end of the term. Eric Galliani removed that apprehension by working with us ahead of the return date. When the "big" day came, the process to return the car took less than 10 minutes! We've never had a car-related transaction that was so quick and painless! If only the front-end was the same way . . . Although, to be fair, we've purchased/leased two Hondas from Charlie Awawdeh and he's gone out of his way to make that process as smooth as he can. More

He provided all the information I needed to make an informed decision on whether I should purchase my leased vehicle or buy new. When I arrived at the dealership, the car I was interested in was already waiting for me. He not only took the time to answer all of my questions but provided answers to questions I hadn't even thought of asking. He's since followed-up, thanking me again for my business and telling me not to hesitate calling him if I have any questions at all.
