Welcome!! My name is Eric Feldman and I am excited to share my passion and love for the Audi & Audi Sport Brand by ensuring the most fantastic purchasing experience for my clients. I grew up in Staten Island, New York and I enjoy playing/watching hockey, traveling, and spending time with family & friends. This was hands down the best purchasing experience I’ve ever had. I had some concerns driving almost an hour for a car that I’ve never seen and Eric offered to FaceTime me right away and went over the whol ever had. Once the sale is done, they don’t give a crap about customer service. And make sure you check your contract. Eric Feldman was good in the beginning but once we hit the contracting process, contract te customer service. And make sure you check your contract. Eric Feldman was good in the beginning but once we hit the contracting process, contract terms did NOT reflect what Eric agreed to and he couldn’t explain his mistake but instead tried to say it’s really complicated and the numbers won’t ever match up. Then, when the right terms and numbers were finally included after working with a sales manager, and the new plates finally came in but air needed them mailed, Eric has gone MIA and has become unresponsive through my multiple attempts to contact him through various channels. I drove an hour to come here and I will never go to another Audi. Eric was fantastic to work with, we literally bought the car over the phone. That’s how comfortable we felt with everything. Eric is truly a professional. He told me when I bought the car to call him if he ever needed anything. I needed a service appointment on March 14th and Eric went above and beyond He told me when I bought the car to call him if he ever needed anything.
