We live a distance away and he called and communicated with us great. He spent time sharing features about different vehicles and letting us test drive until we found the one we liked. Andy also helped with our purchase and was there working alongside Eric to make sure that we were happy with everything. Antonio helped us with the paperwork and was so kind and patient. We live 84 miles from the Phil Wright Dealership and have a Toyota dealer in our town of Fort Smith but Phil Wright had the car I wanted in their inventory. We were so pleased with the staff we decided to buy from them. They were courteous, knowledgeable, helpful, polite and down right full of southern hospitality! Plus, I received a very fair deal.
