Pleasantly Surprised. I was in and out of the dealership in 3 hours. I really dont know if I got a good deal or not, but it felt like I did. I got what I wanted for my trade in, the entire process felt never felt forced. They were all friendly, Eric was open and honest, and we were able to make a deal without feeling dirty afterwards. Eric Debruin is the only salesman that I know that I can call and ask questions about vehicles and he GENUINELY will not try and upsell. He is more focused on creating. Repor and relationship with customers leaving them wanting to come back. Anytime I am looking for a vehicle, first stop elco, first salesman Eric Debruin. Bryan Davis also worked extremely hard to get me driving in the car I want without feeling that I spent too much. He promised me that he would make me comfortable and confident in my purchase. Working with Bryan made me confident in my loan and financial situation that I did not have prior to meeting him. Both Eric and Bryan made a lasting impression on me on numerous locations and I would recommend anyone to work with both of them! More

Quick process. Easy to deal with and great follow through. Was looking for a specific vehicle. Black on Black Escalade pre owned. I noticed on Friday that ELCO had one in stock. It was on the website, however, Was looking for a specific vehicle. Black on Black Escalade pre owned. I noticed on Friday that ELCO had one in stock. It was on the website, however, no pictures were posted. Contacted dealership, spoke to Eric DeBruin. He confirmed vehicle was there, said it was a fresh trade and in service. He went as far as to walk on a Friday night to service and take a short video of the truck and send it to me with his contact info. I was there the next day at 9am, drove the vehicle, he even made sure it had gas and checked the tire pressures. Came back, wrote it up, decent trade for my vehicle, sent to finance and was out with the truck by noon. Both finance-Sveta and Sales Manager-John Durham were helpful. There were a few items that needed to be addressed on the truck. Dropped it off the next week and everything was completed as promised. Eric even texted me when the truck was ready. All in all a positive experience and personally thank Eric DeBruin for the good sales experience. More

Fair Deal for both Parties Purchased a used car from their dealership that I had been evaluating for a couple of weeks. Eric was very friendly and showed a genuine interest in accommodating my concerns on my trade. Went that extra mile to make the deal. My low rating on the dealership in general mainly applies to the service dept. Not very friendly, Had to wait an exceptionally long time to get the service form written with little acknowledgment despite having several employees available with no customers. Have had much better experiences with other dealerships in that regard. Service after the sale is important and I will avoid using this dealership as my first experience was not that good. Was given 4 free oil changes but will most likely pay another dealer for that service. I would also like to thank the finance dept. for an exceptional job. Very professional and very courteous. More
