I had an excellent experience, beginning with using the website to schedule a test drive. Eric reached out to me, identified what I was looking for, accommodated my schedule and said he would have the vehi website to schedule a test drive. Eric reached out to me, identified what I was looking for, accommodated my schedule and said he would have the vehicles ready to go when I got there. He did. He was quite personable, was able to explain the differences between the Tiguan and the Taos quite well. He nicely balanced clearly wanting to sell me a car without being pressured. More

I have put this review off in hopes that the manager would have followed through with a phone call at the agreed-upon time; however, he did not. Westside VW would not have been my first or even fifth choice of a dealership in the metro, unfortunately, I found myself in their shop with unexpected clutch problems in my 2027 Wolfsburg edition golf. To make a long story short, I was in town on business; the car broke down on a Saturday, it was towed in, I was stranded. Monday I was told it was one thing, by Wednesday it was another, with no definite answer or estimate, just "it could be into the thousands." I made the decision to trade it in and buy a new Golf, but that wasn't possible as I was told they were not making the standard Golf anymore. So I told them (all this via phone calls and text messages) I wanted a car EQUAL to the car I was trading in. What a joke the Taos I was sold is about as entry-level as you can get. I did my homework and saw it had rear cameras and alarm and warning signals on the mirrors, check. But nope, not this model, and who notices that stuff when you test drive? Nor did I notice the windows weren't tinted, and the stereo sucks. My previous car had a sunroof this one doesn't. The worst by far was it didn't have keyless entry, which why would I know that because the cars in the lots aren't locked. I feel like I had sucker written all over me. They knew I was in a bad situation, and they pawned off the car they couldn't sell to anyone else. If that wasn't bad enough, twice they came to me and said oops, we need to add xxx dollars on because of this or that. I asked to speak to the manager twice, but they never appeared. I feel like they tried to take advantage of me because of my broken car, my gender, my age, and the simple fact I was alone in a city I didn't live in. Coincidentally, when I bought my last VW I got the same xxxxty service there, fortunately, I was able to go to a different dealership since I had a working car. I would never recommend this dealership. More

Thank you for the good service and advice on my recent car purchase! Brandon and Brad were terrific in helping me figure out which car was right for me. I feel I got honest and good advice. The only cavae car purchase! Brandon and Brad were terrific in helping me figure out which car was right for me. I feel I got honest and good advice. The only cavaet was at the end Brad was with other clients for the final conversation and the day of purchase. I did feel put on the back burner (and they were 1.1/2 hours late in picking me up for another test drive and the final questions). I made the right choice and was in good hands. More
