I would like to start by saying Great Sales Specialist! Eric Crawford was so nice and very professional. He has even answered he’s personal phone for us and called back on and off work. Eric Durand, John Greene and their Regional Manager Erin are all incompetent when it comes to handling real problems. We bought a new car from priority and since its changed hands the service has had a huge are all incompetent when it comes to handling real problems. We bought a new car from priority and since its changed hands the service has had a huge downfall. Our car now has had. 3 batteries.. The carwash has damaged it 3 times the paint is warrantied but still continues to come off the car and the numerous elements in our car have been broken, scratched, chipped and lately our roof dented. Explaining to any person there in an authority position only gets you talked over and belittled so they can deter whats really happened because of their lack of records, listening and troubleshooting issues. Our once new car was ruined by these people. More

This is the far worst dealership ever! i would not recommend to anyone to buy a vehicle here. i bought HRV 2020 in October 2020 and in March started with issues, the back up cameras blurry at night, recommend to anyone to buy a vehicle here. i bought HRV 2020 in October 2020 and in March started with issues, the back up cameras blurry at night, the passenger seat clasped for beginners. spots in both seats i could never get my vehicle in for the first oil change it was always can you leave your vehicle?, i took my HRV to Hendricks was in and out no time. Hall Honda would not refund my money. sorry she said,, i said for everything paid for ex-warranty and maintenance. So i called back and said i want to schedule appointment and i explained to them what was going on once i arrived they were able to give me a loaner & so to drive & advisor said i will call you when its ready well 4 hours later she called said it would be Monday, So on Sunday they called at 3;30 said your HRV is ready and you Need to bring back the loaner back before 6 p.m. due to it's sold, once i did arrive i was not a happy camper, the guy gave me my paperwork and walked off he could of cared less about the inconvenience this was, by this time i am upset and i let him know it too, i knew then this dealership is only concerned bout selling a vehicle and not about the customers. once i got my HRV Sport home the seat was not fixed. they just tucked the seat cover back in material in thinking it was quick fixed Not and the service advisor said it was a technician error.. so once again I'm back over there with the same problem 3rd time they replaced the cushion but this time they did not fix the seat ..did not attached to the frame and left a gap in between seat, Then the audio unit started going off and on they rebooted it and the next day the same issue again, the service advisor said the Audio will have to be order. Well that was in early June did they ever just reach out to me to let me know what was going on Not a dam word Then i got a email from Eric Durand on 6/23 wanting to know my experience, i explained my problems he said the audio unit was be released on 6/26 and he would seat passenger bottom cover be ordered would arrive 6/29. the seats they had spots and foot print marking looked like service guys stood in my vehicle, i sent pictures just to show, I said they had supposedly cleaned them. i don't have small children or pets. So about a week ago i called back since they hadn't reached to see about where we stood on the parts well of course no one picks up the phone so i let the service person know if i have to bring my HRV back it falls under the Lemon Law for the seat and in north Carolina after 4 times trying to get a vehicle fixed, The had also told me at one time that if i had bought a more expensive car my back up camera's would work id sat 30,000 is a lot of money to me. i don't know what you call expensive in your book , i learned a valuable lesson with this dealership is to buy from a well know established dealership and customer service will be a major plus. The guy that sold me the HRV never once called after buying the vehicle just to make sure everything was okay and no issues, To a least showed he care oh yeah his name was Eric Crawford. i spoke with one other guy Mark about his HRV SPORT bought from same place he made the comment that this dealership sways away from fixing anything under warranty i also made a complaint with Honda of America about his dealership so they have all this on a claim filed, . sharon Brinson More

This the third Honda we bought from Eric. We have always appreciated his easy going attitude and laid back approach. No pressure. He listens and offers suggestions and let’s you make the decision. I have recently retired from a Honda dealership in San Antonio,TX after over 20 years of service as a salesperson. I say this because I always took pride in giving great customer service. I was extremely fortunate to meet Eric Crawford at Hall Honda. He DEFINITELY understands all there is to know about great customer service. We communicated mostly over texting, emails and by phone. Awesome communication skills! His manager Mr. Nasir was instrumental in helping locate our Pilot and giving us a great deal. That level of professionalism didn’t stop there as the finance manager Demario helped my secure the best interest rate and was able to give me another great deal on my extended warranty. My salesman Eric went way above the call of duty and even drove 2 hours to deliver our Pilot to our home. I would STRONGLY recommend Eric Crawford and Hall Honda to my family and friends. Their General Manager Eric Dean has a great team! Thank you Hall Honda. More
