For a first time car buyer I must say I had a great experience!! The first sales person I had originally talked to was late for my appointment but thankfully Jayson Roque stepped in and took over, love experience!! If you're looking for a new car this is the only place to buy one. The salesmen Tim and Craig are excellent and a pleasure to deal with. Never been a fan the games that sales depts play when customers are purchasing vehicles especially females. Such was not the case at Sunrise. I was pleasantly suprised, finance dept manager Eric searched customers are purchasing vehicles especially females. Such was not the case at Sunrise. I was pleasantly suprised, finance dept manager Eric searched for the best options, Jose Manuel was more than accomodating in helping me with selections. At no time was I pushed to purchase more than I came into the showroom looking for. Details of ammenities (XM, Onstar, manual option on gearshift) on the vehicle were explained, given a tour of service dept and warranties fully explained. I will definitely reccomend Sunrise to my friends. More

The first car I received I like 2008 nissan sentra but further inspection decided it was just not for me so I return the car and explained I just could not keep this car .My sale person Angel insure me t further inspection decided it was just not for me so I return the car and explained I just could not keep this car .My sale person Angel insure me that when I left I would be a very happy person and I am . I came into Sunrise Chevrolet fully expecting that I was going to be denied trying to purchase a car, or that what I was going to be able to get was going to be a much older car than I wanted. I met with Javier previously and went over what I was going to need to bring in for verification. Javier was absolutely wonderful, and with the help of Derrick, worked very hard to find me something. And they found me not only something that I can afford, but something that I absolutely LOVE!!! It is stylish, a dream to drive and has enough room for me to fit my children, and my gear for my hobbies. I will be recomending your team to my friends and family for any future car purchases. More

When I went in with my mom to purchase a new car, I was wary because of my credit score. Mick sat down with me and walked us through what my options looked like. We left that night with no luck, but a prom wary because of my credit score. Mick sat down with me and walked us through what my options looked like. We left that night with no luck, but a promise that Amy would give us a call the next day to see what they could do. Amy called me around 4:15 and said they got me into the car I wanted. When I arrived, Mick was there. It was his day off so the fact that he came in to deliver the car to me was wonderful. I felt very welcomed at that point. Eric sat down with me and told me that he worked everything he had, and it took about six hours. I was amazed that these three people would work so hard to get me into a car. Being 19 with no credit is horrible, and they did everything that they could and got me into a new car! I am so happy that I decided to go to Sunrise. My overall experience was wonderful. I plan to recommend them to everybody that needs a new or used car. They also had GREAT music in the dealer itself. Everybody was so happy, it made me feel like they were a big family trying to help! Thanks to Sunrise I have a 2013 Techno Pink Spark, and I am so grateful! More
