False advertising on CPO cars This is my second review on a Nissan dealership with the same business policy of false advertising (cheating on people). They advertise vehicles onlin This is my second review on a Nissan dealership with the same business policy of false advertising (cheating on people). They advertise vehicles online saying they are certified, what they don't tell you is that you will have to pay extra for this certification to me that is not a professional way of doing business and does not show respect for the potential customer. One thing I have to say at this place they were willing to waive the certification fee, to me that was not enough why should I trust a place that before you get there they try to trick you I drove out of my way to go there on top of that I got a flat tire on my way out on a rainy day, thank you NISSAN. Four months ago I bought a CPO car from an Acura dealership, an awesome experience what a difference, no hidden fees, no pressure, no cheating. More

They were both very professional and knowledgeable. They were patient enough to answer all of my questions. This was the first time that I did not feel like a customer at a dealership. Engell and Manny welcomed me as part of their family. Customers are making a 3-5 year commitment to a vehicle. You should be treated more like a part of a family than a number. Everyone at Nissan, starting with the friendly receptionist, all made a wonderful, trusting impression. I look forward to being a loyal customer for many years to come.
