This is a dealer who treats me in an unbelievable way. No one should do business here. I made an appointment to test drive a used car a week in advance, and headed to this dealership the morning of the day after confirming that the car I was looking for was still in stock. I don't own a car yet, so I took a bus and walked for an hour and a half from home. Then the sales person told me that the car was sold this morning and is no longer available. When I asked what time it was sold, he said it was 10 o'clock. the call representative said they would have it in stock at 10 o'clock. I knew the sales guy was obviously lying, but I couldn't help it. The guy recommended a higher-trim car (and the car had been damaged), but offered more than $5,000 for tax & fee addition to the car price. When I told him it was over budget, he wanted to take out a loan. I wanted to pay in cash rather than a loan, so I told him the upper limit on my budget, but his boss came and told me unilaterally, ``That's impossible, we can't sell.'' The deal was over. The conversation ended without any suggestions that took my budget into account. This is an unscrupulous business method that attempts to trick people out of money by luring them in with fraudulent advertisements from the beginning. The boss doesn't know how to treat customers, so the employees treat him badly, making him the worst dealer. ​ More

This is my 5th purchase/lease since 2011. Purchased a used 2019 Sentra that had only 4,500 miles on it. Was forced to pay an extra $4,000 for a CPO warranty. A few months later I read online that you can cancel the warranty and was also told by a person I know at another dealership that they have to cancel if you request it. They will lose commission so they will do everything they can to stop the cancelation. I went in today to cancel it and of course got the run around from the finance manager. Very greedy to ruin 11 years of business over commission on a warranty. I would not recommend this dealership and will not be going back in the future. More

Engell made the whole processes very easy and helped me dearly get to that special number I was looking for. Engell was very patient and never once made me feel rushed, always on my side making sure I get the best possible deal and that I left happy.
