I found this dealership professional and friendly. Not only was Demario the best sales rep I have ever dealt with, the entire staff was courteous. I would sincerely recommend this business. Overall the experience was very well. One of my better experiences overall at a dealership. We did run into a slight problem due to poor expectations being set and a lack of communication of how the proce experiences overall at a dealership. Bought a used 2014 Honda Odyssey. Sales staff was excellent. Very attentive and responsive. There were not too many additional fees, and all were explained on the website prior to test drive. I did n excellent. Very attentive and responsive. There were not too many additional fees, and all were explained on the website prior to test drive. I did not feel mislead, although technically they do not incorporate the fees into the website price, despite advertising the opposite. I did ask if I could have one of the add ons removed, which is allowed per the website, but was told “they don’t really do that”. Fine with me I guess. Car was in decent shape, although don’t expect their 3 day 300 mile warranty to really cover anything. Pretty much everything my mechanic found was explained away as “buying the car as-is”, so I’m not sure what it actually covers. Which makes sense for a used car I suppose. That gets me to the worst part and why I would not recommend Mark Kia: the service department. I was given the rundown of what work had been done by their shop (oil change, new tires, etc.), and all seemed ok upon inspection. However, I failed to notice that they put only water in the washer fluid. Not great. I also noticed a knocking sound in the engine on startup, and when I followed up I found that they had put the wrong kind of oil for a Honda in the car. Also not great. Makes me wonder about the quality of their inspection in the first place, or what else may be laying in wait for me to find. They did offer to replace the washer fluid and fill up my gas tank, but I live a fair distance away and it wouldn’t be worth it. I admit that it is probably difficult since this was not a Kia, but that doesn’t excuse the fluid situation and a simple Google search will tell you what oil to use. I suppose I would recommended them to someone who wants a Kia, but not to anyone looking for a different make used car, and I probably won’t be utilizing their one free year of maintenance. More

Need training on LLC’s and how they are legal ways to purchase vehicles. Also they lie constantly just because they are uneducated. Too many unnecessary costs like not letting you find your own competiti purchase vehicles. Also they lie constantly just because they are uneducated. We had a very fun and friendly negotiation with Many and Darren working out a deal for a 2022 Kia Sorento S model that was to arrive in a week. We had not researched the car so we were flying blind, not re Darren working out a deal for a 2022 Kia Sorento S model that was to arrive in a week. We had not researched the car so we were flying blind, not really understanding the options. We made the deal contingent on us trying the car and deposited $2000 toward the price. We asked about the extended warranty several times and they said it would be taken care of in financing (which I did not need as we were paying cash). Anyway we still went to financing and they said we could get all the available warranties for a total of around $6000 which was ludicrously high and set the tone for anything that followed, we were not happy with Joshua's effort to quadruple+ overcharge. He eventually offered the bumper to bumper for $1600, we declined as I had zero trust in him. After getting home and researching it I realized the “S” was a lower powered car and the contract was missing a few things we stated we wanted (HomeLink and there was a charge for window tinting that was to be split but was not). I emailed Darren to clarify.. I received a terse email saying that it was not in the contract (no kidding, that is why I emailed). I emailed again and did not get a reply. We decided to follow up on the different HP engines. I found an LX (no Turbo) and EX (with turbo) to test drive at another dealer as there were none at Mark. The difference was dramatic. After considering everything I called Manny and told him that we were invoking our right to terminate the deal. He said the $2000 was non-refundable and that we had signed an agreement (we had not). I was very surprised and expressed shock, he finally remembered our agreement. After going back and forth it was agreed that he would mail a check. When I look back I am amazed that Manny did not immediately offer to refund our deposit and offer to help us with another model, that would have been a better experience. More

I didn’t want to buy it the first place. This dealership sold me a LoJack for my vehicle that I never wanted, never installed properly, never worked till I sold my car and they refused to refund!!!. I never sold me a LoJack for my vehicle that I never wanted, never installed properly, never worked till I sold my car and they refused to refund!!!. I never get my pin code. I went to store for five times. Nobody deals with my problem. Same word at every time. I never got a pin code until I sold the car. And Max said: we can't refund you anyway. Even if you did not sell the car, we will just have to keep trying to fix it. But, Why should I trust a company that hasn't fixed it for me for 2 months?I don't understand why I can't get a refund because I didn't get a day from start to finish. If I had been serviced and I sold the car I wouldn't have asked for a refund, but I never got pin code. I paid Kia but I didn't get the service. They should be responsible. This is a really bad experience. More
