Did not honor discount coupon received in mail for services. Receptionist mechanic said that manager already applied discount price to service done. Later review of receipt breakdown amounts for servi services. Receptionist mechanic said that manager already applied discount price to service done. Trying to schedule the appointment by phone, transferring to service was challenging (no one answering) after 2-3 tries until I called a separate number provided on a card mailed with a $5 coupon.
