Emmaly is terrific. On the other hand, I have had a couple of interactions with Emmaly and she is consistently competent and professional. Management needs to know how important it is to have good employees like Emmaly to keep customers coming back and buying more vehicles. Service departments make or break car dealerships. The price seemed more than fair, Plus one thing I do like, you did not try and sell me repair work I did not need, another Honda dealer I went to here in Chicago does that >> sort of ticked me off. Why I waited to go to Bob Lindsay, and to visit with my daughter I worked 30 years as a mechanic on CTA buses and cars I know a bit about repair work, and the shuttle service is excellent, the lady that drove me was friendly, she drove me to my daughters and picked me up the next day at the hotel, this is very nice service. thanks Bob Lindsay, always a pleasure doing buisness with you. Each time the service department has listened to my concerns, I have had my new honda into the shop 8 times in the 9 months I have owned this vehicle. Each time the service department has listened to my concerns, maintained a friendly atmosphere even when I was not pleasant due to my frustration of it taking so long to find a fix. The service department did an excellent job of using all the resources at hand to fix the problem with my Odyssey. Best service department you will find. More
