Overall I was disappointed. I had a routine NYS inspection. I made a reservation for 8am and sat there for almost 2 hours. I had to check in several times for updates and no one apologized for the very long wait. Being 9 months pregnant it was extremely uncomfortable sitting there for 2 hours for something that should have taken all of 30 minutes. More
