I was born in Tulsa O.K. my family is from Brazil. I have an excellent background in customer service, sales has been my primary occupation for the past 6 years. I have always striven to be the best at what I do. I am passionate about selling vehicles and meeting my clients needs, all while maintaining a very high level of customer satisfaction. I am a new homeowner in mid-town and I love the area, I enjoy Sunday morning brunches & the Farmers Market on Cherry Street I have an adorable English Bulldog named Maximus and a very mischievous F1 Savannah Cat named Loki, and in my spare time, I enjoy going to concerts & local car shows. What an awesome buying experience! I purchased my first Chevrolet Equinox from Jim Glover when it was located at 31st and Memorial. My experience was so positive that we convinced our son to purchase his first ‘brand new’ automobile from the same location. When my beautiful 2014 Equinox was totaled following an accident three weeks ago, I knew I wanted another Equinox and I knew there was only one place to go - JIM GLOVER! Of course, with the changes in technology, the shopping experience was a little different; application and auto selection online, a few text messages and one quick stop to the showroom and I was in my new Equinox! What an awesome experience! Jorge was fabulous from start to finish! Tony hooked me up with financing and a great warranty package and I smiled all the way home! Amazing experience, Dream came true I was really looking forward to getting a new vehicle. Though I had some circumstances potentially blocking me from getting one initially, Emily, Gary I was really looking forward to getting a new vehicle. Though I had some circumstances potentially blocking me from getting one initially, Emily, Gary, and team worked extremely hard to get me into a vehicle that I loved and it was even better than the vehicle I initially was interested in. I thank this dealership for really allowing my dream to come true and now I'm able to drive a brand new car that fits me in every way. Thank you, thank you, thank you for your great service. I'd recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle at any time. Emily was so professional, very outgoing and made sure that even when the vehicle was mine and I was able to drive off the lot, she helped me set up my onstar features and car features to assure I had everything I needed setup before I drove off the lot.
