I purchased a Silverado about 9 months ago from Ray, and the truck has been great, but I decided to spring for four wheel drive with the winter coming and an impending move north. I gave him a call about 15 minutes before we arrived, and he had the keys ready for the truck I was interested in when I arrived. Ray fought for me on trade in value and ran me through all the features of the truck. While I was completing the paperwork for my purchase, I had Ray show a buddy around a Malibu. He fell in love with the car and got the stellar service I knew Ray and the rest of the team at Reed-Lallier would provide. We both left in exactly the vehicles we came in looking at and nobody badgered us to purchase anything we weren't interested in. The team made sure we knew all of our options and the various services they could provide, but, unlike most of their competitors in Fayetteville, allowed us to continue our purchases without any shady dealership tricks or excessive time wasted on add-ons we declined. Call and ask for Ray, and he'll do whatever he needs to do to ensure you understand all the features of your vehicle and leave in the car, truck or SUV you're interested in. More

Easiest car buying experience ever I have to say that i dreaded going car shopping the day we walked into Reed-Lallier Chevrolet. We expected a hassle and for it to bring stress. We were greeted by Ray Johnson and he was super nice and willing to spend whatever time we needed to decide on the right car. He and his manager found us the perfect Chevy Tahoe and we left there smiling and extremely happy with our purchase. All aspects of the sale went wonderfully!!!! My salesman was Ray Johnson who went the extra mile to make my car buying experience excellent and the manager Bobby Snipes offered me a fair price for my trade without having to haggle or feel cheated he just stepped up and made a fair offer right out of the gate to earn my business. Finance dept. Manager Emanuel Matthews was professional and a pleasure to work with he answered all my questions and didn't try to pressure me into buying anything I didn't need he found me the best rate that I qualified for.
