Excellent customer servide Elmer was so great. Very knowledgeable about the vehicles on the lot, took time to explain all the features, warranty coverage, and worked hard to get Elmer was so great. Great!!! Awesome team at Charles Maund!! Arrived to the dealership at 1030 hours; by 1330 hours, I had picked out a vehicle, the loan approved and I was back o Awesome team at Charles Maund!! Arrived to the dealership at 1030 hours; by 1330 hours, I had picked out a vehicle, the loan approved and I was back on the road headed home. Great staff!! More

From the moment we arrived, Manny was attentive but not forceful, knowledgable, listened to our needs and led us directly to the car we would ultimately purchase. He was so pleasant and easy to work with, my son even wanted to make sure we did business with him! He nailed it. Elmer helped us through the details of options and worked diligently to make sure he helped us make the right decision and for the right price. I appreciate their patience in our decision making, and their professionalism in finishing the sale. I will definitely recommend this dealership, and especially Manny and Elmer, to anyone I know.
