Stan introduced himself to me in a unique and creative way. I was looking for a specific model, Sonata Hybrid, that was pretty scarce. He texted me a video of him on the lot saying he had the vehicle I wa way. I was looking for a specific model, Sonata Hybrid, that was pretty scarce. He texted me a video of him on the lot saying he had the vehicle I wanted! I thought that was above and beyond and set up a meeting with him the next day. The experience was stellar. He answered all of my questions and there was never any pressure to make a sale. Also, I secured a car loan from my personal financial institution and I was not able to secure the check to purchase the vehicle over the weekend when I scheduled my visit. Stan went out of his way to hold the vehicle, against the dealer's normal process, to make sure I got the vehicle that I wanted. Beyond Stan, the rest of the staff was great, too. Heritage is an easy place to car shop. Not at one point was I being "sold." Even with the add-ons, they simply explained it and even, beyond belief, recommended a cheaper plan! I just felt like I could trust these guys to not waste or overspend. I give Stan and crew 5 stars all the way around and plan to return for my next purchase. More

He was very knowledgeable on the car itself and each of the trims that’s offered. He even went the extra mile to make me comfortable with all the features that the car has before I drove away from the lot. This was the first time a car salesman briefly walked me through the manual as well as allowing me to play with all these features so that I didn’t have to learn the features on my own time. I definitely recommend giving Stan and Heritage Hyundai your business! More
