This is the 3rd new car that I have purchased from Heritage Hyundai Towson and Jack Coco Sr. Jack is an excellent sales person. He delivers on what he says' and is meticulous in his follow up. Heritage Hyundai is a awesome dealership, Joshua Rodriguez and Elliott Robinson made my time there seem like I was just sitting around talking with family . I called and spoke to Joshua letting him know where I needed to be on price and payments, he assured me if I traveled the 100 miles from New Jersey that Heritage Hyundai would do their best and would get me close to my numbers. Well needless to say by looking at this review Joshua was true to his word, he honored the prices on their web site and went over and above on my trade in. I can't recommend Heritage Hyundai enough. More

Heritage Hyundai, and Mr. Jack Coco in particular, made the purchase of my new Ioniq 5 a terrific experience. He is very knowledgeable about all of the particulars of the Ion Jack Coco in particular, made the purchase of my new Ioniq 5 a terrific experience. He is very knowledgeable about all of the particulars of the Ioniq, including the various menu options and how they interact for driving experience most desired. He was also completely responsive to all my inquires and provided undivided service throughout the purchase process and it was a pleasure working with him. From a dealership perspective, Heritage greatly exceeded my expectations. I have purchased quite a few new cars over the years and this experience was among the best. They were completely transparent on the pricing and honored without pressure the internet pricing, including the discounts advertised. There was no pressure to upsell "protection" plans or anything like that. Given the high demand for Ioniq 5's, and the fact that some dealerships are adding "market adjustment" markups, this was most refreshing. In all, this led me to complete the purchase of the Hyundai as opposed to several other EVs I was considering. More
