Excellent Customer Care Found the car on the internet. Sent a message to dealership on a Friday. Had a response first thing Saturday morning. Talked to Betsy. Poor service I had contacted the salesperson and told them I was coming to purchase the vehicle that day. I had provided all documentation and did their credit on I had contacted the salesperson and told them I was coming to purchase the vehicle that day. I had provided all documentation and did their credit online even though I had a pre-approval. They pulled credit right away so thought everything was good. however, the salesperson had to leave so she said another sales person would take care of everything. Absolutely nothing was done and I had to provide all the documentation again. He did not have time to spend with me and then told me the financial piece would take another hour because they were just starting the process. The financial person was awesome and totally the highlight of the buying experience. Afterwards, had to wait for the car for another half hour and the sales person could not even come out to thank me or ask any questions. He Durango has an issue with the headrests fold that I was not told about but will take it elsewhere for that and the tinting and clear coating that I want done due to the poor service More
