My experience with Lokey has not been good. The finance department never answers the phone nor do they return phone calls I feel that it took much too long for them to pay off my other vehicle. And I feel like they were very un organized number of occasions I had to sign paperwork that I had no idea what it was Just no explanation for anything by udoc they ran my credit with multiple credit union. They should have informed me that was happening so now that’s on my credit report. my sales person was very helpful in the beginning but then I guess he got tired of me complaining to him about the service I wasn’t getting anywhere else which is understandable every other department needs to be handling their own crap and they don’t. I have bought a new cars before with trade-ins and never had this much lack of communication or customer service. More
