After a few minutes at E-Carone we realized how terrible so many of the other dealerships are, especially the ones that also claim to have no-haggle, wholesale prices. The customer service we received from Elias was outstanding. He went above and beyond what anyone else had done, and was straightforward, upfront and very honest the entire time. We never once felt pressured to buy – which is something i feel is pretty rare in the car buying experience. I have already recommended this place and Elias to some friends and family. Also, we absolutely love our car! 5 gold stars for Elias :-) More

Elias contacted me a few times just to "check in". Never did push the car like most car salespeople usually try and do. Elias is very professional and I couldn't be more happy with his customer service. A new friend. Ryan was my first contact by way of my online trade appraisal at e-CarOne. He gave me what I needed and I felt he was very fair with my appraisal. He is very friendly and treats you as if he has known you for years. If fact, while I was at the dealership, I observed his interactions with other appraisals and his approach is outstanding....very sincere. I was greeted by Rami upon entering the store front. Smooth Dealership was easy to identify from the highway. Large and easy to spot. Very fresh and clean facilities. The place was very busy on a Saturday afternoon with dozens of shiny luxury vehicles parked about. Staff was professional and casual. We were approached by several different employees asking if we had been helped. Free popcorn and drinks. Nice area with couches and TVs. Sort of a CarMax like atmosphere but much more laid back, which was nice. I didn't need to haggle because the Mercedes I purchased was already priced very well. Elias was our sales rep and he did an awesome job taking care of us. He was obviously busy that day but he always kept us feeling important as he hustled around the dealership closing our deal out. He communicated well every step of the way and we weren't left in the dark about anything that was happening while we waited. When I reported a couple of small smudges on my new vehicle's rims he immediately took the car back to the service area and had them wiped off for me after I offered to do it myself. He didn't hesitate to take care of me. Elias is the man. More
