From his personality to his genuine nature, made my car buying process the best I have ever had. He goes above and beyond to make sure you get what you want. I previously thought I had a great experience with Toyota of Tampa Bay! At first, I was very well attended and felt comfortable purchasing my car. I bought a RAV4 2014 and the day that I bought it, the car of Tampa Bay! At first, I was very well attended and felt comfortable purchasing my car. I bought a RAV4 2014 and the day that I bought it, the car was in the service dept doing all the repairs and protocols. They allowed me to see the vehicle but I did not get a change to do a test drive because the car wasn't ready yet. This was on a Saturday and I was back the next day (Sunday) to pick up my new car. I thought I wasn't going to have any trouble since Toyota is a reliable company. Since the 1st day using the car, I noticed a noise on my rooftop and also noticed hat the car alignment wasn't done, so I contacted them a few days later and they did the alignment service for me (no cost) and that was nice! After a few days, my car key stopped working (even after they say that it was a new battery) and on Oct. 26th, I informed that by email and also about the sunroof noise. I was at the store on Nov 5th (morning) they changed my key battery and I also requested a technician to do a test drive and see if the sunroof noise was normal. The Technician Jose, was really nice and after the test drive he noticed the noise, detected it was a loud noise and also informed me that it was not a normal noise. He was going to have to open and check what was going on but since he didn't know how long it was going to take the service, I had a doctor appointment and he said it was best to reschedule a day that I had time. After this, on the same day, I talked to Elga Matos (because she was aware of my problem) and we scheduled a appointment on Saturday Nov 14th at 09:00am because it was my day off. She mentioned the appointment had to be done before the 19th because after that, she wasn't able to help me with the service. On Nov 14th, I arrived and nobody knew my problem. I had to explain all over again. I left the car with the technician and after 2 hours waiting there he called me and said that my car has a piece that is broken and I have to pay more than $800 to fix and I refused! So I contacted one of the Managers, Damian Gonzales and at first he was so nice! I thought he was actually going to help me! He was such an actor! In my front he said he understood my situation and that he was trying to help me and proposed to split the part value (that is broken) and that I pay $200 and something and that was his best deal because I bought a car as is! First, I didn't even know that the car was an as is! And if I performed the test drive before, I would of noticed the noise and wouldn't buy like that! At first, I told him that nobody told me that If I wanted the problem fix I would have to pay that amount of money!! And the first time I was there neither Elga or anyone informed me that! So on my day off, I stayed at Toyota for more than 3 hours and no solution!! Damian Gonzales told me to wait until Monday at 01:00pm because he was going to help me and had to make some calls. I am waiting for his call until now! I called him and apparently he was in a meeting and never contact me back! There was no communication since the beginning! If I were told, I would wait for another day or organize my financial to fix the problem. But no!! Nobody told me that and made like a fool going there 2 days and having my day off to solve something that didn't get solved! I am very disappointed!! The did not have communication with me! The did not have communication with them! THEY LIED TO ME! More

WET CAR INSIDE & OUT. BAD BAD SERVICE AT THE SERVICE SECTION ,I TOOK MY 4TH CAR THAT I BOUGHT FROM THEM IN THE LAST 4 YEARS FOR A SIMPLE OIL CHANGE AND A QUICK CHECK UP. BAD BAD SERVICE AT THE SERVICE SECTION ,I TOOK MY 4TH CAR THAT I BOUGHT FROM THEM IN THE LAST 4 YEARS FOR A SIMPLE OIL CHANGE AND A QUICK CHECK UP. I DID NOT ASK FOR ANYTHING ELSE ,AND IT WAS RAINING IN THE AFTERNOON WHEN I WENT TO PICK UP MY CAR IT WAS PARKED OUT SIDE AND THE BACK WINDOW WAS LEFT DOWN AND THE CAR WAS SOAKED WET THE SEAT AND THE FLOOR MATS . I TOLD THE CASHIER THIS IS NOT WRIHGT AND IWAS VERY MAD AND LEFT, BUT TOLD HER TO HAVE THE SERVICE MANAGER CALL ME AND I'M STILL WAITING FOR THE CALL . THE SERVICE ADVISOR WHO IS NOT MY REGULAR ONE CALLED AND SAID HE WAS SORRY AND HE HE WILL HAVE THE MANAGER CALL ME,BUT NO ONE CALLED . WHEN THE ADVISOR CALLED ME TO TELL ME ABOUT WHAT THE CAR NEEDS AS RECOMENDED REPAIRS I TOLD HIM THE WINDOWS SOMETIMES GET STUCK AND HE HAS TO WIGGLE THE BUTTON TO MAKE IT WORK AND I MADE SURE TO TELL HIM THAT PLEASE ROLL THE BACK WINDOW UP AND HE SAID THEY WILL, BUT WHAT CAN WE SAY .
