Bringing joy to others, especially my customers, is what I love to do. When it comes to life outside of the dealership, I love soccer and spending time with my family and friends. So. ...there is a good sales process...but they sell you a warranty with your car. The powertrain warranty is NOT worth it! It's all a scam! The lack of communication and transparency. I purchased a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT on October 30, 2021. Was told that I could not take it home because it needed an inspection and was instructed I could p 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT on October 30, 2021. Was told that I could not take it home because it needed an inspection and was instructed I could pick it up Monday, November 1, 2021. Monday came and I heard from nobody at Exclusive. I called around 1pm asking the status and was told that it still had not been through and to call back the following day at noon. November 2nd comes and I call around 12:30 and once again I’m told the car will be the next day (November 3rd). This proceeded to go on until that Friday a sales manager Rodney told me that my car had got work done to it after the inspection and they needed to order me 4 new tires. Rodney told me that car should be ready by Monday/Tuesday, November 8/9th. I call Monday And then get told the tires arrived but they were being put on but the tech punctured the last tire by accident and now I have to wait till Thursday for the replacement tire to come in. At this point I am fed up because why am I having to be the one that calls to get the updates? Like when the xxxx was I going to be told the tires had came in and that the tech punctured. This dealership is located in in Randlestown, MD and I live in DC. Grant it they gave me a loaner but I’ve been spending my days and having to cancel my plans because I’m expecting at any moment I will get a call that my car is ready. The lack of candor and communication is disappointing. I purchased this vehicle on October 30, 2021. It is November 10th and I have yet to experience my car. More
