Awesome Service I went to Subaru on West Colonial Drive to check out the WRX. I was helped by Angel and he was awesome. Hassle Free Sales/Buying Experience Let me start off by saying that I think car shopping is STRESSFUL. It's even more stressful when it's kind of forced, after a car accident and a total Let me start off by saying that I think car shopping is STRESSFUL. It's even more stressful when it's kind of forced, after a car accident and a totaled vehicle. I checked out vehicles at a few locations. When I showed up to Sports Subaru I met Wes. You can immediately tell that he's a nice guy. I told him what I was looking for and he took my out to the lot to show me the Crosstrek. He took the time to thoroughly show me all of the features and we went on a test drive. We came back and spoke about prices and what I was looking for. I made it VERY clear, almost immediately, that I would NOT be purchasing a vehicle that night. End of story. He was completely understanding and did not push. He asked if he could follow up that coming Friday, it was only Tuesday so I said yes. Wednesday, I reached out to Wes with EXACTLY what I wanted - Color - Features - ETC. I was SET on what color and features that I wanted and not budging. Let's be real, when you are buying a BRAND NEW 2019 Crosstrek, you want what you want. Wes was understanding and did some digging. He told me there was ONE in the state of Florida that was Sunset Orange and had all of the features. I went back down to Sports Subaru that night so we could figure out getting this Crosstrek. I was very adamant that I wanted THAT ONE Crosstrek and that I wasn't going to get anything except that. If I was going to spend the money, that's what I wanted. I am very stubborn when I want what I want. Wes and team worked together to get it done for me. The Sunset Orange Crosstrek was mine. We went through and filled out the paperwork. As anyone who has car shopped knows, it was a tedious process, but it went smoothly. Wes was very attentive. He made sure we had water to drink - offered snacks if we wanted - just wanted to keep us comfortable while going through the process. On Wednesday and Friday, we completed the paperwork and were ready to go. The car arrived on Friday. It is beautiful and everything and more than I could want. Wes knew I was waiting - IMPATIENTLY - and sent me pictures of it before I even came to pick it up. When I got there, Wes showed us the car, the ins and outs, then we were in to sign paper with John Frisby, who, himself, was quite awesome. Wes hasn't lost contact since I left on Friday though. He has contacted me to make sure I didn't have any questions/to make sure everything follows through. He is committed to what he does and to his customers. I would DEFINITELY direct ANYONE to Wes for their vehicle purchases! :) More
