I spent 7 years facilitating sale events for dealers thru out the country and have always been invited back because of the honest upfront way we did business.My sucess in this field comes from the ability to build a strong relation with people by listening to their wants and needs and not bringing high pressure to the table. AUTO FRAUD- Not millitary Friendly Please do not buy a car from these people. They will not honor your warranty. We are a military family and got a car from this dealership within 14 mo Please do not buy a car from these people. They will not honor your warranty. We are a military family and got a car from this dealership within 14 months my car froze up and wouldn't turn so I had it towed to the shop I had just driven away from. The car cranked up while I was there but the mechanic told me he thought something was wrong and didn't want to touch it because it would void my warranty. I had the 5 year or 100,00 mile warranty of which I was still in the time frame so no worries right?? I ended up paying the dealership $700 to take my engine apart to tell me what was wrong. They than informed me it would be another $5000 to fix, but engine issues should be covered under the warranty right??? Well not here the warranty does not matter. I guess it was my fault because I repeated what the guy said to me at the first mechanic shop and that's what they ran with. I had to produce all the oil changes I had done in the time I had the car, I couldn't produce 1 but I was able to produce 5 and was told that because I couldn't fine that 1 that they couldn't prove it wasn't my fault a rod broke in my engine. Although if a rod broke in my car it would have never been able to crank up again.... The company offered to pay half of the repairs which would have been $2500. Sorry but we are a family of 4 in the military, I am a disabled vet, we do not have that kind of money laying around and it should have been covered under my warranty. Long story short, my family and I now have a car sitting in our driveway that we are still paying on. My husband is deployed right now and my family has no car, thank you sooooo much for supporting your customers, troops, and their families!!!! Let me also add I asked for my paperwork several times so I could get a lawyer and I have still not gotten anything. More

I have never enjoyed the experience of purchacing a new vehicle until today. The salesperson, Edward Wojcik was a very patient and polite gentleman. Though I was at the car lot a short time, I really enjoy vehicle until today. The salesperson, Edward Wojcik was a very patient and polite gentleman. Though I was at the car lot a short time, I really enjoyed my experience. he was very honest, curtious, and answered all of my questions as best as can be expected. I was having such a hard time getiing a loan to purchase a car that I had gave up.Ed called me once and I told him that I was waiting for paperwork to get completed.he said okay, and that was that.When I fi a car that I had gave up.Ed called me once and I told him that I was waiting for paperwork to get completed.he said okay, and that was that.When I finally recieved the bad news of no loan,I quit.Ed called me back later that week. I told him what happened and he said lets give it a try anyway.He said they had programs to help people like me.I was still skeptical but he would not take no for an snswer so I said go ahead.He called me back a few minutes later with some questions.I didnt hear from him anymore that day.I figured it didnt work.The next day he called to ask when can I come and do my paperwork.I said I am ready.when I signed the finance paperwork I noticed that it was dated for the previous day.I could not believe it.I am so happy that he persisted on doing this.he went to shake my hand after it was all done.I told him,I dont want your hand I want a hug.I am so greatful to him.he is the most nicest anf honest sales person I have ever had to deal with.He is the best.I LOVE HIM,I LOVE HIM,I LOVE HIM. I was looking for a chevrolet pickup. Went online and I was looking for a chevrolet pickup. Went online and found a great deal at Heritage Chevrolet. The salesman was the best I have ever dealt with. Alo I was looking for a chevrolet pickup. Went online and found a great deal at Heritage Chevrolet. The salesman was the best I have ever dealt with. Along with the internet and business managers the three men put together a deal that I couldn't pass up. I was able to purchase a brand new pickup cheaper than a used pickup at another dealership. It doesn't get any better than Heritage Chevrolet! My family and I will be purchasing future Chevrolets from Heritage. More

Ed was very helpful even though I told him at our initial meeting that I would probably buy at another dealer( GMC Acadia Denalli). I told him I was doing a "due dilligence" reasearch for comparison purpose meeting that I would probably buy at another dealer( GMC Acadia Denalli). During my first phone conversation with Ed, he told me I was eligible for an additional $1000 off as a return GM customer. I had been to a different dealer the day before and they never bothered to tell me was eligible for an additional $1000 off as a return GM customer. I had been to a different dealer the day before and they never bothered to tell me that. Per Ed they look all customers up to see if they can save them anything. Both Ed and Chris worked to find me a good deal without any sales pressure to get me to buy. They understood what I wanted and found a way to make it happen. They went out of their way to get me the car and even turned my old tags back in for me. Now that is service! More
