I bought a 2018 Volkswagen Atlas at this dealership on July 18, 2020, the seller who assisted me was Mr. Ed Trujillo, the car had a message on the screen: (Engine on due to system / power needs). Mr. Truj July 18, 2020, the seller who assisted me was Mr. Ed Trujillo, the car had a message on the screen: (Engine on due to system / power needs). Mr. Trujillo told me that the car had undergone a reconditioning (I paid : $ 961.55) and he said this was unimportant since it had undergone inspection and that I should not worry since Ed Morse Cadillac's technical service will fix it. Trusting his word, I agreed to do business with Mr. Trujillo, because in his office shows the years of service to this dealer who seemed to me to be a correct and reliable person and even coordinated the appointment with technical services for Friday July 24 2020 at 8:00 AM to solve the problem. They prepared the financing documents for the car, I was attended by Mr. Lam Nguyen, who at first courteously attended me, until when I did not want to agree with the extra charges that he wanted to include to this vehicle, one of them included a charge Nearly $ 1,000 from Gap Insurance, $ 670 from a system called LoJack (Tracking System) both of which I declined. He insisted several times .. but I did not accept them. The reasons for not accepting them are very simple: Gap Insurance at my bank cost me $ 370.00 and the LoJack system is for a vehicle that does not have a tracking system. The Volkswagen Atlas 2018 SE W / Tec. It has that system installed so it was not necessary to pay for a device that the car already includes. After spending around 2 hours I finally finished signing the documents trusting that everything was as we had agreed with Mr. Nguyen. On Sunday, July 19, 2020, at my house I reviewed the signed documents and was surprised that the LoJack system was in the documents as accessories. I spoke to Mr. Trujillo and I told him that I had declined to this device that I did not want, he told me that I am within my rights and that I stop by the dealer to re-sign the papers. On Monday, July 20, I went to the dealership at 4:10 PM. I spoke with Mr. Nguyen, I commented that I had told him that I did not want LoJack, he was upset and told me that this was a request from the Bank and for that reason He has not pulled out of the documents, was upset when I told him that if so, I don’t want the car and that I don't had no problem returning it. He was upset and said me "his credit is xxxxxxxx" so the bank is requiring this. That the Bank must be sure in case it does not pay to be able to trace it with the Police and thus recover it. I immediately called the Bank to inquire about the requirement that Mr. Nguyen was forcing me to buy. The bank replied that they do not require any LoJack device to accept the credit. Immediately he asked me to leave his office that he would no longer attend to me. The Manager took care of me and gave Mr. Nguyen the order to prepare the documents again, I told him that he did not want to speak to this Mr. anymore since he had not respected me, he told me that there were no more people to do this than go to sign the documents. Accept and sign the documents again thinking that all problems would end here. On July 24, 2020 I went to my appointment with Ed Morse Cadillac's Technical Department to solve the problem related to the message on the screen: (Engine on due to system / power needs) in addition to the car needing alignment. They provided me with a rental car (Toyota Corolla) until my car going to be ready. On July 27, they called me from the technical department to tell me that the car was ready and that the subject of the message should I take the car to Volkswagen to have it fixed. I told them: I was not going to take the car to the Volkswagen because I had not bought the car from the Volkswagen but from Ed Morse Cadillac and who should take them should be you. I called Mr. Trujillo to indicate that I wanted to return the car and he said that I cannot. I paid 961.55 for reconditioning for a car that only in the Carfax shows that they changed the oil, checked the alignment and recharged the battery. At date the car remains with the Volkswagen Dealer because they cannot solve the engine problem with this car. I am in a rental car provided by Volkswagen because Ed Morse Cadillac called me today (7/30/2020) to tell me that they would no longer pay for the rental car. Until today no one has contacted me to give me a solution to the problem, meanwhile, the car I bought is defective in the Volkswagen services. More

Excellent experience. My salesman was Michael. He was professional, thoughtful and listened to what I was looking for. He went above and beyond to make sure my experience exceeded my expectations. He too professional, thoughtful and listened to what I was looking for. He went above and beyond to make sure my experience exceeded my expectations. He took the time to educate me on questions that I had and never made me feel pressured throughout. He was honest and very knowledgeable about the vehicles and what they had to offer. Lam was also excellent and very involved throughout the process. It was great being able to work with both of them directly instead of the usual back and forth you usually get at car dealerships. I also had a chance to meet the rest of team on the floor that day and felt that they were friendly, courteous and working as a team with Michael even though it was past closing time. PS for Mr Morse: You sell luxury cars, get rid of the dot matrix. Lol. More

Buyer Beware! Apparently this dealership believes there is an "acceptable amount of engine seepage" when selling used vehicles. Bought a 2011 DTS from these folks. Apparently this dealership believes there is an "acceptable amount of engine seepage" when selling used vehicles. Bought a 2011 DTS from these folks. I asked 2 questions prior to the sale - was the price negotiable - and were the engine seals in good condition.. They replied no haggle on the price. I was told the engine seals on this vehicle "are just fine". Fast forward just 2 months (3 weeks to have the car delivered to Nashville) and 2000 miles later - the engine was hemorrhaging oil and the burning smell filled the cabin. Ended up at another Caddy dealership with a $4000 repair bill to fix the engine leak. When I contacted Ed Morse and asked if they would. out of good faith, help me with the bill - I was told by the sales manager the car had an "acceptable amount of seepage" when it was sold and since 6 months had now passed - there was nothing they could do about it. Bottom line - the facility is nice, the sales people are great, the experience is good. But they will charge you $900 for a vehicle inspection that I was told is not negotiable (pure profit) and the car may not be mechanically sound. If you are going to purchase from here - get your own independent mechanic to inspect the car before you buy!! More
