I had a flat tire over the weekend and my car was towed (unannounced) to the dealership. - The service advisor was very helpful and understanding of my predicament. I had a lot of questions before i could (unannounced) to the dealership. - The service advisor was very helpful and understanding of my predicament. I had a lot of questions before i could authorize the work that was recommended for the vehicle (which turned out to be more expensive than i anticipated) and that required a lot of back and forth with the repair team. The Service Advisor worked it out favorably to my satisfaction and in my best interest. That was most appreciated. More

Robert was professional and knowledgeable, guiding me through the customization process with ease. He was always available to answer any questions, making sure that my vehicle met all my expectations. What stood out, in addition to the excellent sales service, was the finance department at BMW of Sudbury. They were fantastic, offering clear explanations of all the financial aspects of the lease, and ensuring that everything was transparent and straightforward. Their efficiency and professionalism made the financing part of the process stress-free and pleasant. Upon receiving my 2024 BMW 530i, I was thoroughly impressed with the quality and attention to detail.
